Veterans Administration Clinic
Prior to MI, our CEO, Louis Frisbie, P.E., was the project manager and lead engineer for the reconstruction of the Loop Roadway at the Veterans Administration Hospital, which serves as the main roadway within the hospital site. Frisbie and his team completed a pavement study to determine the cause of pavement failures and recommended the new pavement section.
The scope of the project included topographic surveying, roadway plan and profile sheets, typical cross-sections, earthwork, pavement design, drainage systems, construction cost estimates, and specifications.
