Our CEO
Louis Frisbie, P.E. is the founder and chief executive officer of Metropolitan Infrastructure. He founded the company in 2003 and established the business's headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
Louis received a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and went on to receive a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Through 14 years of dedication to his business, Louis has created an innovative, competitive company with clients around the globe. He encourages teamwork and creative thinking in his work space and consistently seeks out highly educated, motivated engineers to continue Metropolitan Infrastructure's legacy of excellence.
