Meet the CEO
Louis Frisbie, P.E. is the founder and chief executive officer of Metropolitan Infrastructure. He established the company in 2003 and headquartered it in Dallas, Texas. Frisbie received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1985 and went on to receive a Masters of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Dallas.
Frisbie began his career with the Texas Department of Transportation, where he served as project manager and lead engineer on several projects. Through Metropolitan Infrastructure, Frisbie developed an innovative, competitive company with clients primarily in the North Texas region.
Our CEO has been affiliated with many esteemed organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers, Institute of Transportation Engineers, Society of American Military Engineers, Trinity Commons Foundation, Executive Board of Directors, and Vice Chair of Transportation Committee.
