Prior to establishing Metropolitan Infrastructure, our CEO, Louis Frisbie, P.E., was the project manager and lead engineer for the civil engineering components of the master plan update for the campus of University of Texas at Dallas.
Our team investigated existing infrastructure conditions, evaluated the future needs of the campus, determined options to expand infrastructure due to the growth of campus population, and prepared documents for university staff to use in prioritizing funding of construction.
Civil engineering components of the master plan included parking lot layouts, pedestrian access ways, campus drainage, campus water and wastewater utilities, traffic access and circulation, and cost projections.
