Preston and Hedgecoxe Medical Office

Metropolitan Infrastructure used site planning to optimize the parking lot layout for this medical office building, maximizing parking spaces. Our engineers also designed site access from adjacent roadways. MI completed site grading, HECRAS modeling of an adjacent creek, retaining wall plans, drainage, water utilities, and erosion control for this building as well.

A separate phase of this project required preliminary and conceptual plans for a site adjacent to White Rock Creek. MI’s scope of service for this phase included the placement of buildings relative to parking lots and site access, flood plain limits, utility easements, and a future hike and bike trail design.
