In this project, Metropolitan Infrastructure designed a 120 ft span bowstring bridge over Osage Branch. Our engineers also developed an environmental report and detailed plans for the design of about 1 mile of a new hike and bike trail in Dallas, Texas. This project had several unique challenges including: US Army Corps of Engineers coordination, channel analysis using HECRAS, slope stabilization, and retaining wall design.
The construction plans incorporated horizontal and vertical plans, site layouts, erosion control plans, retaining wall details, quantity calculations, and construction cost estimates.
