Metropolitan Infrastructure was responsible for the design of an office building and a storage facility for Future Telecom. The building area totaled just over 12,000 square feet. MI also developed a 22-acre lot. Metropolitan Infrastructure was responsible for the project management and coordination of the design team for this project on behalf of the owner and developer. MI produced architectural plans, building framing and foundation plans and details, site plans, site drainage, water utility plans, grading plans, and erosion control. The project scope also included a traffic impact analysis, rezoning, and design calculations for a detention pond. MI also was responsible for construction management tasks and inspections.
