Portfolio
Metropolitan Infrastructure was responsible for researching record documents and as-built drawings as well as mapping existing water and wastewater utilities. The primary scope of the project consisted of preparation of water and wastewater main replacements for two 12-inch diameter water mains and one 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer main. These plans were developed using Dallas Water Utility criteria and standards. The project also consisted of designing a storm drainage system with low-impact development features. Metropolitan Infrastructure completed quantity tabulations and construction cost estimates as well. The project limits extended from Sylvan Avenue to West Commerce Boulevard.
